In this dynamic role, you will be a key component to the Talent Team. The key job functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Payroll Administration - Accurately process & reconcile bi-weekly, incentive, and bonus payrolls
  • Team Member Support - Provide exceptional service to Team Members by troubleshooting inquiries related to Talent systems, policies, payroll and benefits
  • Record Retention - Maintain organized and confidential Team Member records throughout their employment life cycle from new hire experience to role changes and separation
  • Employment Law - Stays current with evolving federal and state labor laws and regulatory standards, incorporating the changes into updates to credit union policies and procedures

Requirements

Requirements

The 'must haves' for this position include:

  • An Associates degree in Human Resources or other business related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience working in an office administration related role, minimum of 2 years
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience using a HCM (such as Paylocity), in an administrative role
  • Proficient using Microsoft and Google Applications:
    Docs, Sheets, Slides, E-Mail, Calendar

  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of Leadership, Team Members, Vendor Partners, etc.
  • Communicates effectively, in writing and verbally
  • Adheres to deadlines through strong time management skills
  • Strong quality service focus and great team player
  • Highly skilled in handling sensitive and confidential information/situations

This position requires candidate to work in office at our Oak Grove location.
