CIAC is seeking an experienced Angular Service Now Developer to support a large federal IT program focused on modernizing enterprise platforms and improving mission delivery. This position offers an opportunity to design, develop, and optimize Service Now applications and portals using advanced front‑end technologies. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on developer with strong Angular expertise, deep Service Now platform knowledge, and a commitment to building secure, scalable, and user‑friendly solutions that meet federal standards.
3 days a week onsite in Arlington, VA are required.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain custom Service Now applications, widgets, and portals using Angular
JS and modern JavaScript frameworks. - Integrate Angular components into the Service Now Service Portal and core modules for enhanced user experiences.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces.
- Configure and extend Service Now modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD, aligning solutions with business and mission needs.
- Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and data models to support seamless cross‑system functionality.
- Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code adhering to Service Now and federal development standards.
- Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and version upgrades in production and staging environments.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- U.S. citizen with the ability to attain DHS EOD.
- BA + 15 years applicable experience.
- Must be able to report onsite weekly in Arlington, VA.
- Proficiency with Angular
JS/Angular, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API integration. - Experience developing and customizing Service Now Widgets, UI Pages, and Client Scripts.
- Strong understanding of Service Now Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, and server‑side scripting.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Git‑based version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative federal environment.
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience implementing Service Now Scoped Applications and Custom Portals.
- Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility compliance and secure coding practices.
- Prior experience supporting federal civilian or defense agency contracts.

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is$105,100–$231,100
