Expert Program Manager
to support a federal government client.

Description:

• Ability to oversee the day-to-day execution of work described in the SOW and supervision of contract personnel.
• Ability to oversee recruitment and assignment of appropriately cleared, technically qualified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to JCITA course teams.
• Ability to immediately correct performance issues.
• Expert ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical activities simultaneously.

Experience:

• 10+ years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience interfacing directly with the Government to capture, prioritize, and deconflict requirements.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Graduate of an accredited Counterintelligence (CI) Special Agent credentialing school so Badge and Credentialed.

Security Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI and willing to take a CI Poly if needed.

Location:

• Quantico, VA., Russell Knox Building (RKB).
