OverviewAt JMark, we believe smarter processes lead to mission success. We are seeking innovative Efficiency & Automation Analysts across multiple levels to design and deploy automated solutions that streamline operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance productivity. This role blends low-/no-code tools such as Service Now and UiPath Studio/Orchestrator with modern coding languages like Python to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on collaborating with stakeholders, translating requirements into automated workflows, and continuously improving processes to drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deploy automated processes to standardize workflows and increase efficiency using Service Now, UiPath Studio/Orchestrator, and Python.
- Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate functionality prior to production release.
- Build, test, debug, and refine solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and user satisfaction.
- Partner with administrative, HR, legal/legislative, and security teams to identify opportunities for automating repetitive, time-consuming tasks.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and sustainable automation designs.
- Collaborate with mission architects to evaluate and integrate emerging automation and RPA tools.
- Conduct end-user testing to confirm solutions meet operational and mission needs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process design documents, test scripts, and user guides.
- Monitor deployed solutions, applying iterative enhancements for adaptability and best practices.
- Provide training and reach-back support to ensure smooth adoption and long-term usability.

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Service Now, UiPath Studio/Orchestrator, and Python.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, prototyping, and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred
- Experience supporting DoD or federal government automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Relevant certifications in Service Now, UiPath, or RPA tools.
