Associate degree in Information Systems/Technology (or equivalent work experience)Minimum 2 years' experience in Active Directory provisioning access protocolsMinimum 2 years' experience with electronic medical record (EMR) access protocolsExperience with user provisioning technologies, application, and/or database security administrationUnderstanding of user administration proceduresExcellent time and project management skills, customer service and interpersonal skills, and communication (written and oral) are critical for success in this positionKey Roles and Responsibilities:
Creating new usersDisabling usersResetting passwordsUnlocking accountsAccount permission changesAdding and removing users from groupsManaging groupsResponding to requests for new and established client's and business partner accountsMaintaining account information in multiple databasesProviding a high level of customer service while interacting with AMITA employees and business partnersProvisioning all user access accounts related to information systemsProviding support functions related to verification of end-user security classes, training, and credentialsAssisting in documenting to streamline the application account provisioning processesPromptly notifying IM management regarding breaches of security access policiesParticipating in project tasks as requiredMaintaining summary statistics regarding workload, etc.Performing other duties as assignedTop Skills Details:
