We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to support short‑term, high‑impact projects in Dulles, VA. You will apply advanced data science techniques to novel challenges, working closely with customers and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

• Design, implement, and maintain machine learning workflows that solve practical challenges.
• Evaluate models, produce metrics, and support model selection for production readiness.
• Interface with hosted large‑language models (LLMs) programmatically.
• Communicate requirements, status, and outcomes to customers and team members effectively.

• Active TS/SCI clearance required; CI poly clearance at start.
• 3+ years experience with Python and relevant machine learning libraries.
• Proven experience implementing machine learning workflows to solve practical challenges.
• Experience evaluating similar models and producing metrics for model selection.
• Experience interacting with hosted large language models (LLMs) programmatically.
• Experience managing code with version control systems such as git.

• Experience with models based on satellite or aerial imagery.
