Dunnhumby is seeking a Shopper Insights Client Associate who expects more from their career to join our team in Chesapeake, Virginia. You will be trained to become a trusted advisor for retail and CPG clients, working with them to ensure their success. Using customer insights from our data platform, you will develop a client plan that delivers value, client satisfaction and return on investment.

You will collaborate with Retailers’ Merchants and their CPG partners to place the customer at the heart of collaborative decision-making.

• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for our tools
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
