- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Act as a technical authority, optimizing solutions for global unified communication and contact center environments
- Drive customer adoption of new features, ensuring maximum value extraction from the platform
- Manage multiple complex projects and account management duties for high-growth global customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure seamless service delivery
- 7+ years of enterprise-level customer success or technical account management experience within a SaaS company
- Proven expertise in Contact Center technology, preferably with in Contact or RingCX products
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Deep knowledge of VoIP technology and advanced network troubleshooting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce
- Exceptional ability to influence C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- High level of empathy and strong customer service best practices
- Strong analytical skills for identifying and solving complex technical problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
