What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Act as a technical authority, optimizing solutions for global unified communication and contact center environments
  • Drive customer adoption of new features, ensuring maximum value extraction from the platform
  • Manage multiple complex projects and account management duties for high-growth global customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure seamless service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 7+ years of enterprise-level customer success or technical account management experience within a SaaS company
  • Proven expertise in Contact Center technology, preferably with in Contact or RingCX products
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep knowledge of VoIP technology and advanced network troubleshooting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce
  • Exceptional ability to influence C-level executives and technical stakeholders
  • High level of empathy and strong customer service best practices
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying and solving complex technical problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
