• Perform functional analysis of requirements to determine effort required to implement software in customers’ environments.
• Configure base software in customers’ environments.
• Conduct unit tests, track problems, and implement changes to ensure adherence to test plan and functional requirements.
• Diagnose, isolate, and remediate system failures caused by errors in software code using knowledge of system characteristics and maintenance tools.
• Establish acceptance criteria and quality goals.
• Provide estimates, goals, standards, constraints, and dependencies as input to the SOW and the software development plan.
• Perform QA in the end‑to‑end testing process for software under stewardship, leading analysis and resolution of software issues reported during testing.
• Prepare software for distribution to customers or networks, ensure installability through software distribution, full bare‑metal installation, and local updates.
• Support field organization during lab installations, certifications, and training.
• Lead analysis and resolve software issues found during customer acceptance testing.
• Support/resolution of production issues forwarded by Level 3 Support, including creating a hot fix and executing integration tests prior to delivery to QA.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent accreditation in computer sciences, information systems, or another technical discipline.
• Technical project leadership experience organizing project resources.
• Experience working with Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 7, including installing and supporting hardware devices and drivers, installing and configuring applications, troubleshooting network protocols and services (TCP/IP, IIS, remote access), and understanding client/server architectures.
• Experience creating and leading group presentations, hosting web seminars, and public speaking.

• Experience in the ATM or kiosk self‑service industry.
• Knowledge of programming or direct development experience with client applications, debugging software problems.
• Familiarity with VB/, C++, and C#.
• Experience with banking or network switch ATM operations.
• Knowledge of the CEN XFS ATM software specification.
• Knowledge of NDC and 912 message formats.
• Experience with proprietary message formats and integrating Web Services applications (Web Sphere or IIS).
• Experience using internal tools such as PSA, Confluence, and Quick Base.
• Experience with source control and project management tools (JIRA, Subversion).
• Working knowledge of Agile SDLC.
