Identity Security - Sr. Customer Success Manager - East

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-implementation
• Manage the subscription renewal pipeline and proactively address barriers to customer adoption
• Develop strong relationships with customer personnel and identify up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities
• Coordinate meetings between customers and internal teams to solve problems and enhance adoption
• Monitor product utilization trends and provide feedback for continuous improvement

• Expert knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Strong understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on‑premise IT architectures
• Extensive experience in customer success/account management for complex software with Fortune 500/Global 1000 companies
• Previous experience in a customer success role within a SaaS organization
• Ability to manage customer relationships and navigate challenges to achieve positive outcomes

• Background in cybersecurity and/or compliance
• Experience in process improvement and service excellence
• Cheerful willingness to be a hands‑on contributor while maintaining a focus on outcomes
• Familiarity with technical and complex software environments and translating business needs into technical solutions
