• Support Long Term Care Claims leadership with reports, data, and analytical insights
• Collaborate with business partners to gather business requirements and develop dashboards
• Conceptualize, create, and automate dashboards in Power
  
  BI for tracking metrics
• Build and maintain reporting using SQL, Spotfire, Power
  
  BI, and other tools
• Participate in strategic initiative projects by providing insights and data analysis

• Excellent analytic and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify trends
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline
• 2-5 years of professional experience in developing SQL code in Oracle or Microsoft SQL
• Strong knowledge of managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries

• Experience with Python for data analysis
• Familiarity with dashboard tools such as Power
  
  BI and Spotfire
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings to leadership
