Technology Project Manager

Principal - Recruiting & Hiring Consultant - Eliassen Group

• Technical Project Manager – 10+ years of total experience
• Location:
  
  hybrid schedule in Richmond, VA or Tysons Corner, VA
• Timeline – interview and hire in January 2026
• Pay Rate: $70 - $75/hr W2

• Work with tech leads & developers – Tech partners, Program partners & Risk partners
• Collaborate with the Associate Experience Technology department, which manages technology tools and products used by internal employees
• Work independently
• Understand Agile principles
• Use JIRA to progress check teams
• Create project plans, integrative roadmaps & slides to tell stories for program teams and executives
• Focus on driving work forward, less administrative
• Manage projects with multiple work streams

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside the range.
