Our client, a global IT Services and Consulting organization, is hiring a Service Now FSO Solutions Architect to join their team in Virginia on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing comprehensive Service Now solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives while optimizing performance, scalability and security.
Responsibilities- Create high-level architecture documents and technical blueprints for Service Now solutions that align with business goals.
- Lead technical discussions, promote best practices and optimize solutions for performance, security and scalability.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into effective technical and functional solutions.
- Coach junior team members and ensure compliance with architectural standards and governance policies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design specifications, maintenance guides and as-built documentation.
- Regularly review environments to identify enhancement opportunities and stay current with Service Now updates and features.
- Service Now Certification in CIS-CSM (Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management).
- Demonstrated experience as a Service Now Architect or Implementation Specialist.
- In-depth understanding of Service Now architecture, modules and industry best practices.
- Strong ability to engage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts effectively.
