Amentum is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret-SCI clearance is required.

• Provide mid-level analytic expertise to ensure DCSA OSINT Analysis review submitted packages meet basic submission requirements.
• Conduct all-source research from public, private, and U.S. and foreign government open-source materials and evaluate facts against established DCSA risk indicators.
• Assess foreign and domestic-based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements.
• Produce analytic products that effectively articulate threats.
• Demonstrate analytic integrity, rigor, and tradecraft standards by adhering to applicable IC Directives and DoD Instructions.
• Disseminate intelligence information to customers and stakeholders.
• Some locations may require local travel within the U.S.
• Work independently and with teams as required.

• Active TS-SCI clearance required.
• At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommend solutions.
• Superior oral and written communication skills, as well as a good command of the English language.
• High proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Organizational skills and the ability to lift general office items (20‑30 lbs).
• Expected to work five days a week in the office with occasional telework dependent on government needs.
• U.S. driver’s license and capability to operate government vehicles.

• Applying data analysis, trend analysis, and problem‑solving techniques.
• Conducting strategic communications with key stakeholders, including preparing written reports, leading conferences, and giving briefings.
• Conducting research effectively and efficiently at classified and unclassified levels (i.e. SharePoint, Microsoft Office Tools, etc.).

• DCSA and DoD work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

This is an in‑office position with no unusual hazards. Occasional lifting up to 20‑30 lbs, constant sitting while using a computer, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities to communicate, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.
