** OSS On-Site Services Engineer
** at our Bland location. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for desk-side IT support, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional user experiences. You’ll troubleshoot issues, manage hardware logistics, and act as the face of IT for our local teams. ** Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Troubleshoot IT issues requiring physical intervention.
* Deliver ready-to-use computers to users.
* Provide ad-hoc training and guide users through self-service tools.
* Manage physical stock of devices and accessories, including CMDB updates.
* Perform regular inventory checks for hardware.
* Coordinate logistics for device shipping and movement.
* Handle warranty cases with OEM vendors.
* Support IT equipment and software in meeting rooms and collaboration areas.
** Your Background
*** Formal IT qualification or apprenticeship in information technology.
* Minimum 2 years of professional IT support experience.
* Fluent in English and local language with strong communication skills.
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
* Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; U.S. citizenship required.
* Familiarity with tools like Service Now, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS, and asset management systems.
