ResponsibilitiesProcore Administration:
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure security and compliance.
- Configure workflows, templates, and project settings to optimize construction project management.
- Support integrations with ERP, scheduling, and other third-party tools.
- Train and support users on best practices and new Procore features.
Box Administration:
- Administer user access, folder structures, and content governance policies.
- Implement security protocols, retention policies, and compliance controls.
- Support integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other enterprise applications.
- Optimize workflows and automate document management processes.
System Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
- Proactively monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with vendor support.
- Ensure data integrity, backups, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
- Maintain and enforce security policies across both platforms.
Process Improvement & Automation:
- Identify opportunities for automation using APIs, scripting, or workflow automation tools.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into system usage and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve system functionality and user experience.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise application administration, preferably managing Procore and/or Box.
- Strong knowledge of user access management, security policies, and system integrations.
- Experience with API integrations, automation tools, or scripting (e.g., Python, Power Shell, Zapier, etc.) is a plus.
- Understanding of document management, compliance, and governance best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to support users across different teams.
- Strong communication skills to train and support end users effectively.
