Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve network outages and system failures.
- Perform log analysis to determine root causes of network and application issues.
- Lead and manage NOC operations and ensure proper shift handovers.
- Provide mentorship and training to Tier 1 and Tier 2 personnel.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and architects for escalated issues.
- Assist with infrastructure design, deployment, and documentation.
- Configure and optimize Layer 2/3 protocols via CLI.
- Integrate cloud technologies such as Azure Express Route and Virtual Networks.
- Support WAN/Internet routing and transport (BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN).
- Active TS/SCI clearance (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive network engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and network security principles.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Palo Alto network platforms.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and network configuration.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, Security+, or ITIL 4 preferred.

- $200,000 Base Salary
