DMI, LLC is seeking a Client Service Asset Management Lead
.

• ITIL v4 Foundation required , ITIL v4 Leader/Strategist/Specialist, or ITIL v3 Intermediate certification preferred
• A minimum of 10 years of experience performing IT hardware asset management functions and responsibilities in a large enterprise.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Applicable certifications desired:
  Certified Hardware and Software Asset Management, IAITAM, CAMP.
• A strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and software license management is crucial.
• Problem‑solving skills:
  Ability to quickly resolve unexpected IT challenges.
• Project management:
  Strong organizational and project management skills to handle complex asset lifecycle tasks.
• Analytical skills:
  Ability to analyze data to identify trends, optimize spending, and report on asset status.
• Communication skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Technical skills:
  Proficiency with IT asset management software, software license management, inventory management, and data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel.

• Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  A minimum of 10 years of performing IT hardware asset management functions and responsibilities in a large enterprise.

Additional Requirements:

Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
