Principal - Recruiting & Hiring Consultant - Eliassen Group

• Technology Program Manager – 10+ years of experience
• Location:
  
  hybrid on-site in Richmond, VA or Tysons Corner, VA
• Timeline: interview / hiring / start date in January 2026
• Compensation: $75 - $85/hour W2

• Working with tech leads & developers – tech partners, program partners & risk partners
• Working with a department called Associate Experience Technology (group that manages technology tools & products used by internal employees)
• Able to work independently
• Understanding of Agile principles
• Experience with JIRA to progress check teams
• Comfortable creating project plans, integrative roadmaps & create slides to tell stories for program teams and executives
• Less administrative & more driving the work – moving forward
• Managing programs with multiple work streams

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
