ServiceNow Developer - Secret Clearance

I am currently seeking a Service Now Developer with Secret Clearance. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts.

* Must have Secret Clearance*

• Experience working cross module with Service Now is highly preferred.

• Work with Service Now Technical Consultants/Developers to explain requirements and ensure development aligns with specified functional requirements (Functional Lifecycle Testing).

• Hands-on experience in writing process documents, process flows, and Functional Requirements Specification documents.

• Conduct feasibility analysis of customer requirements.

• Determine whether requirements will result in Configurations or Customizations.

• Recommend best practices related to Configurations or Customizations.

• Suggest the most suitable or alternative methods for achieving required functionality.

• Prepare detailed documentation on functional specifications and review/finalize after review.

• Validate/test functionalities during or after development completion.

• Maintain communication with business users and key stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress.

• Lead system validation and UAT efforts with the client.

• Clearly articulate solutions and demonstrate capabilities to customers.
