RCS is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to provide support in ground and air intelligence operations.

Location:

Dulles, VA – candidate must work on site. Relocation assistance is not available.

Schedule:

CST – 4 days on, 3 days off; 3 days on, 4 days off (rotating weekly). 12‑hour days, 0600‑1800 or 1800‑0600, rotating from day to night or vice versa quarterly. Differential pay: 10% for hours between 1800 and 0600; 25% for eight hours on Sundays.

• Clearance:
  Active TS/SCI clearance with FS Polygraph.
• Knowledgeable in Ground or Air SIGINT collection operations.
• Strong knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Military background or equivalent operations experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years relevant experience.
• Direct relevant and military experience can be applied in lieu of a degree.

• Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
• Background in SIGINT collection.
• Experience working in an Operations Center.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a small team.
• Technical competency in one of the following fields:
  • SIGINT Collection/Analysis/Targeting
  • ELINT Collection/Analysis
  • Electronic Warfare (EW)
  • Cryptologic Linguist
  • Radio Operations
  • Cyber Security
  • Network Engineering/Security
  • Information Technology (with degree)
  • HAM Operations and certification

• USN/USCG: CTR, CTI, CTN, CTT
• USMC: 2600, 2621, 2651, 2631, 2611, 2629
• USA: 35S, 35N, 35P
• USAF: 1N1, 1N2, 1N3, 1N5
