Product Designer - US Signal Wire
Remote role. Candidates from the following U.S. states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, , IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NJ, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, and Canada (excluding Quebec).
What You’ll Do- Design across everything: GUIs, APIs, CLIs, and documentation
- Help product teams solve real customer problems through research, data, and iteration
- Guide teams toward evidence-based decisions using research and metrics
- Talk directly with customers to validate ideas and discover new opportunities
- Build and maintain design systems that keep experiences consistent
- Scale your impact by creating frameworks that let teams ship great work independently
- Own the quality of experiences from initial concept through implementation and docs
Designed experiences beyond GUIs (industrial design, service design, developer tools). Comfortable designing APIs/CLIs and pixel-perfect interfaces. Approaches user research with genuine curiosity, stays open to findings that challenge assumptions. Moves fast, iterates quickly, improves team through collaboration. Prioritizes design work based on real constraints and team capacity, not just what would be cool.
