• Assess AI systems for compliance with industry standards.
• Refine model accuracy and performance.
• Identify and mitigate biases within AI-driven applications.
• Operate independently across multiple work areas (Full Performance level).
• Lead major technical assignments and supervise teams (Senior level).
• Provide strategic technical and management leadership (Expert level).

• TS/SCI clearance required (includes additional security screenings)
• Level Requirements:

• Full Performance / Journeyman Level: High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience, OR Associate s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor s Degree with 4 years of relevant experience, OR Master s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience; operates independently with expertise in multiple work areas
• Senior-Level: High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience, OR Associate s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience, OR Master s Degree with 4 years of relevant experience, OR PhD with 2 years of relevant experience;
  Leads major technical assignments and supervises teams
• Expert / Master-Level: High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience, OR Associate s Degree with 10 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, OR Master s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience, OR PhD with 4 years of relevant experience;
  Provides strategic technical/management leadership
