IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
As a Junior IT Specialist at Frontec Financial, you’ll support the development and deployment of federal financial and information systems. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their technical expertise while making an impact in public sector transformation. You’ll assist in system analysis, design, documentation, integration, and implementation, contributing across all phases of the development lifecycle.
This role requires a motivated team player with strong communication skills and a foundational understanding of IT principles. You’ll be exposed to meaningful work, mentored by experienced professionals, and encouraged to develop your career in a mission-driven environment.
Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in federal financial management and/or IT
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Basic project management knowledge
Client service mindset and attention to detail
Ability to obtain a government security clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with system analysis, integration, documentation, and implementation for IT and financial systems
Apply technical knowledge to help develop automated solutions for client challenges
Create technical reports, charts, and visual documentation to support findings and recommendations
Participate in planning, testing, and user training activities
Support presentations, briefings, and system deployment tasks as needed
Collaborate with senior IT staff and client stakeholders to ensure project success
