YOUR IMPACT- Prepare, review and edit customer facing documentation utilizing the current ePlus approved style guide
- Manage SOW Workflow approvals
- Prepare and manage signature workflows
- Collaborate professionally with other team members
- Provide constructive, timely and specific feedback to others
- Provide guidance to streamlining and process improvements
- Develop reusable intellectual capital
- Format discrepancies and general errors
- Routinely inform appropriate parties of any content discrepancies
- Bachelor’s degree in a communications or technical discipline, or have equivalent experience
- Relies on a base of 5 - 7 years experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Extensive experiences with conventions in form, structure, and notation of technical writing
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Performs a variety of complicated, detail-oriented assignments
- May require some leading and directing of the work of others
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- The candidate will be highly motivated and work well both independently and in a team environment
- Technical requirements:
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel - Solid understanding of writing SOW’s in a technology or VAR business and strong skills in written communication
The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $24.04 and $36.06 hourly. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job‑related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our compensation package may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.
