The UX Architect role brings expertise in Salesforce design and development, responsive CSS and HTML design, and experience working with responsive single‑page application frameworks. You will lead the design and development of user‑centered digital experiences that drive engagement, satisfaction, and business success. As a UX Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall user experience strategy and ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal.

This position requires a deep understanding of user‑centered design principles, research methodologies, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and seamless user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive user interfaces and crafting exceptional user experiences that align with business goals and technical requirements. This role requires hands‑on experience in developing scalable and responsive designs, mentoring a development team, and establishing and sharing code quality standards to ensure consistency and excellence across the team.

The UX Architect will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions that address user needs while aligning with business objectives. You will be responsible for conducting user research, analyzing data, and creating detailed wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to visualize design concepts. Additionally, you will advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in design, ensuring that all users can interact with our products effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement UX strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to visualize design concepts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into actionable design solutions.
  • Collaborate with the development team to provide implementation and style guidance to ensure functionality is consistent in experience and maintainability to meet requirements.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Advocate for user‑centered design principles and accessibility standards throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve UX processes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and UX professionals.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent work experience) with 8+ years experience supporting User Interface development and architecture.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or Axure RP.
  • Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and methodologies.
