We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to transform large, complex datasets into actionable insights and analytic solutions. This role is ideal for a data professional with strong experience in Tableau, Oracle/SQL, and predictive analytics
, supporting data-driven decision‑making in a mission‑critical environment.

• Apply advanced mathematics, statistics, modeling, and analytics techniques to solve complex business and technical problems
• Analyze high-volume, structured datasets and translate findings into clear, impactful insights
• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders
• Evaluate data accuracy, integrity, and quality across multiple data sources
• Develop and assess predictive and statistical models (e.g., regression, decision trees, simulations, optimizations)
• Perform data preparation, cleansing, and manipulation for large datasets
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries (Oracle) for data extraction and analysis
• Evaluate existing and new data sources, processes, and architectures and provide recommendations
• May design, develop, test, and debug software components in one or more programming languages

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be active prior to start)
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience
  , or Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience
• Strong experience in data analytics, predictive analytics, statistics, or mathematics
• Strong Oracle database analysis skills with expert-level SQL
• Experience developing predictive or statistical models (regressions, decision trees, neural networks, simulations, optimizations)
• Hands‑on experience using Excel or similar tools for data analysis
• Proven experience handling large datasets
  , including data preparation and cleansing

• Experience with optimization or simulation tools such as ILOG CPLEX, Any Logic
  , or similar platforms
• Experience supporting DoD, federal, or defense programs
• Background in software engineering, modeling, or engineering analytics
