The Junior UX and Product Analyst will play a key role in supporting the design, development, and optimization of user experiences and product strategies. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented and analytical individual who is passionate about understanding user behavior, improving product usability, and contributing to the overall success of digital products. As a Junior UX and Product Analyst, you will work closely with UX designers, product managers, and development teams to gather and analyze user data, identify pain points, and recommend actionable improvements.

You will assist in conducting user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to ensure that our products meet user needs and align with business objectives. This role also involves creating reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. You will assist in implementing UI/UX capabilities within Salesforce and follow Agile software development processes, including peer reviews. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a strong interest in user experience, data analysis, and product development.

You should have excellent problem‑solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to grow your expertise in UX and product analysis.

Key Responsibilities User Research and Analysis
  • Assist in conducting user research through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the creation of user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts to inform design decisions.
Product Analysis and Optimization
  • Collaborate with product managers to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
  • Analyze product usage data using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar to identify areas for optimization.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark product features and user experiences against industry standards.
Design Support
  • Work with UX designers to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
  • Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize potential solutions.
  • Ensure that designs align with user needs, business goals, and accessibility standards.
Reporting and Communication
  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure that research findings and product insights are effectively implemented.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and outcomes to team members and leadership.
Continuous Learning and Improvement
  • Stay updated on UX and product analysis trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of UX and product analysis processes within the organization.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent work experience) with 2+ years experience in UX research, product analysis, or a related role.
  • Basic knowledge of UX research methods, usability testing, and data analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
