  • Perform QA reviews of Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards to ensure functional behavior, data integrity, usability, and compliance.
  • Execute testing and validation on customizations within Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, One Drive, Azure AD, and Power Platform.
  • Review and validate Purview‑based data protection, classification, and data lifecycle configurations to ensure proper coverage of sensitive and high‑risk data.

  • Validate AvePoint Online Services configurations, including tenant governance, DLP, backup rules, auditing, and automation for completeness and correctness.
  • Support troubleshoot‑and‑analyze activities by identifying root causes, documenting defects, reproducing issues, and validating corrective actions.
  • Review and verify implementation of enterprise policies such as data retention, classification rules, auditing, and conditional access.
  • Track and validate Security Change Requests, ensuring changes adhere to documentation, approval processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, administrators, developers, and security teams to ensure all changes and deployments maintain high quality and low risk.
  • Assist in the development of test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, and validation documentation for system updates and enhancements.
  • Prepare QA summaries, defect reports, test validation results, and readiness assessments for leadership and project teams.
  • Participate in risk assessments, quality reviews, configuration change boards, and implementation planning sessions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to quality processes, testing frameworks, and governance standards.
