Pro Search is seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join the IT support team of a confidential client in need of a reliable, tech-savvy professional. This is a full-time opportunity for someone experienced with Windows 10/11, PC and laptop hardware, and who brings excellent communication skills to every interaction.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing technical support, solving problems, and helping users navigate hardware, software, and system-related issues in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Level 1 help desk and technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 issues,
    hardware
    , and software problems
  • Support and repair PCs
    , laptops
    , printers, and mobile devices
  • Use ticketing systems and diagnostic tools to document and resolve service requests
  • Identify whether issues are related to hardware
    , software
    , or system configurations
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-tier support when needed
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, actions taken, and final solutions
  • Follow IT procedures and uphold strong customer service standards
  • Stay up to date with new technologies, tools, and IT best practices
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years in a help desk
    , IT support
    , or technical support role
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11
  • Experience with PC and laptop hardware troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ticketing software and remote support tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
