Guide individuals through the selection process, ensuring they choose plans that actually match their financial goals.
Update and maintain client account information with high attention to detail.
Proactively reach out to existing policyholders to review their coverage as their life circumstances evolve.
Work alongside local team members to share strategies and improve our collective outreach efforts.
Attend local community events to represent our agency and foster meaningful professional connections.
RequirementsCurrent Virginia Property and Casualty or Life and Health insurance license.
Previous experience working in a sales or customer-facing role.
Comfort using digital tools to manage client records and communications.
Strong ability to listen and clearly explain complex insurance concepts.
Residency or ability to commute daily to our Henrico, Virginia office.
Prior history of building and maintaining a client base.
