Civil Litigation Attorney

Fayad Law, P.C. is a well-established immigration law firm with offices in Richmond and Fairfax, Virginia. For over 20 years, we’ve been dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their American Dream. We are now expanding our federal litigation team and seeking a passionate Civil Litigation Attorney to join us in Richmond.

We are looking for a Civil Litigation Attorney (3–4 years of experience) with strong courtroom skills and a commitment to advocacy. The ideal candidate will have experience handling appeals in federal courts, with Fourth Circuit experience highly preferred
. In addition to litigation, this role may involve assisting immigrant and small-business clients with business entity formation and related matters
.

• Represent clients in federal district courts and before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
• Draft and file motions, briefs, and appellate pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure efficient and accurate filings.
• Counsel clients on case progress and provide clear guidance through litigation and appeals.
• Assist small business clients with entity formation, compliance, and other legal needs.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Virginia is required.
• 3–4 years of litigation experience with proven courtroom exposure.
• Federal court and Fourth Circuit experience strongly preferred

• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Immigration litigation knowledge is a plus (training available).
• Bilingual ability (Spanish/Arabic/other) is a plus but not required.
