Attorney

We are looking for a dedicated Attorney to support our firm’s U.S. operations by providing legal counsel, drafting and negotiating agreements, assisting with corporate and regulatory matters, and working with international teams on cross-border issues.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple legal matters in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide legal advice on U.S. federal and Virginia state laws related to business, corporate governance, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, memoranda, regulatory filings, and corporate documentation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare clear, concise legal opinions and briefs.
• Assist clients with business formation, licensing, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
• Support cross-border legal matters in collaboration with international teams.
• Represent the firm and clients in meetings, negotiations, and communications with government agencies.
• Prepare case strategies, maintain accurate legal records, and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Uphold the firm’s standards of confidentiality, ethics, and client service.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active Virginia Bar license in good standing.
• 2–5 years of legal experience preferred (corporate law, business law, or related fields).
• Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases/projects simultaneously.
• Professional, organized, and client-focused approach.

• Experience with international clients, cross-border matters, or global regulatory issues.
• Knowledge of corporate structuring, commercial transactions, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, or Bloomberg Law.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across time zones.
