Area Personal Training Manager

Position Title: Area Manager – Personal Training
Location: Multi-Club Territory
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $60K base salary + up to $40K performance bonus

A growing fitness organization is seeking a results-driven Area Personal Training Manager to lead personal training operations across multiple club locations. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue, mentoring teams, and executing systems that ensure an exceptional member experience.

• Achieve monthly personal training revenue targets across all assigned locations
• Drive performance across the kickoff funnel:
  Set (70%), Show (50%), Close (40%)
• Hire, coach, and retain top-tier Fitness Directors and Personal Trainers
• Ensure full compliance with operational and sales activity systems
• Improve member PT retention by at least 10% in the first year
• Create a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement

• 3+ years of multi-site fitness or wellness leadership experience
• Current accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified
• Proven success coaching teams and driving revenue growth
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
