- You oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities to ensure compliance with standards, cost efficiency, and timely execution.
- You manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other fleet-related services.
- You ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and inspections.
- You collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicators.
- You provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Experience and
Education:
You have at least 2 years of management experience, with fleet maintenance experience preferred. ASE certification and/or a bachelor's degree is a plus. - Technical and Organizational
Skills:
You have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, collision repair, systems, and components, along with excellent organizational skills to multitask and work under pressure. - Leadership and Decision-Making:
You possess strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and make independent decisions. - Technology and Travel Requirements:
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications, can travel up to 20% (including air travel), and work a flexible schedule, including day/evening shifts. - Work Authorization and Age Requirement:
You are at least 21 years old, authorized to work in the United States.
