Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and resource requirements for manufacturing initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures to ensure financial targets are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, quality, supply chain) to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Oversee the successful implementation of new manufacturing processes, equipment, or product lines.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to minimize impact on manufacturing operations.
• Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes effectively to all relevant stakeholders.

• PMP certification or equivalent practical experience in structured project management methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including Lean, Six Sigma, and supply chain management.
• Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong track record of managing project budgets, schedules, and mitigating risks specific to manufacturing operations.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with CAD software or manufacturing automation systems.
• Demonstrated experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
