Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and resource requirements for manufacturing initiatives.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures to ensure financial targets are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, quality, supply chain) to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Oversee the successful implementation of new manufacturing processes, equipment, or product lines.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to minimize impact on manufacturing operations.
- Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
- PMP certification or equivalent practical experience in structured project management methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including Lean, Six Sigma, and supply chain management.
- Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong track record of managing project budgets, schedules, and mitigating risks specific to manufacturing operations.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Familiarity with CAD software or manufacturing automation systems.
- Demonstrated experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
