Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (NY-FL)
Salary: $70K-$100k + Bonus + Vehicle

This role is about execution, leadership, and client satisfaction. The Project Manager ensures each project runs smoothly from start to finish — on time, on budget, and to EDI’s standards of excellence. You’ll manage the details that make extraordinary projects possible, balancing logistics, schedules, budgets, and client communication with field execution.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and costs, and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving forward.
• Identify and solve problems before they become roadblocks.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met on every site.
• Lead with accountability, clarity, and professionalism.

• Proven experience managing projects in construction, landscape, or heavy equipment environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in forestry, horticulture, construction science, turfgrass management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Willing and able to travel as needed to project sites.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities.
• A calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure.
• Team-first mentality and strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools or scheduling software is a plus.
