Project Manager - East Coast Large Tree Transplant Operations
Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (NY-FL)
Salary: $70K-$100k + Bonus + Vehicle

Job SummaryThis role is about execution, leadership, and client satisfaction. The Project Manager ensures each project runs smoothly from start to finish — on time, on budget, and to EDI’s standards of excellence. You’ll manage the details that make extraordinary projects possible, balancing logistics, schedules, budgets, and client communication with field execution.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and costs, and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving forward.
- Identify and solve problems before they become roadblocks.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met on every site.
- Lead with accountability, clarity, and professionalism.
- Proven experience managing projects in construction, landscape, or heavy equipment environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in forestry, horticulture, construction science, turfgrass management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Willing and able to travel as needed to project sites.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities.
- A calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure.
- Team-first mentality and strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management tools or scheduling software is a plus.
