Machine Operator

Pillar Enterprise, a subsidiary of The Berlin Steel Construction Company, is a structural teel and miscellaneous metal steel fabricator in White Post. We are a 100% employee-owned company (ESOP) with a desire for growth. We service the private commercial, public, institutional, and industrial markets.

We are currently looking for a Machine Operator to join our miscellaneous metals shop on our day shift at our White Post, VA location. Ideal candidates will have experience working in a structural steel and/or miscellaneous metals shop, and be eager to contribute to an Employee-Owned Company that values its team and puts safety first. Applicants must be dependable and capable of passing a pre-employment physical and drug test.

Our machine operators are responsible to operate assigned heavy duty machines within the shop safely adhering to quality standards. Our machine operators will learn all equipment and will rotate machines as required based on the needs of the facility.
