Join our team as a Production Lead! We’re looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. As a Production Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing our production operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of production staff.

• Usually works three to five days a week, with overtime as required based on production need
• 6:00am- 7:30pm Monday, Tuesday and Sunday

• Lead and supervise daily production or warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of productivity.
• Monitor production schedules, workflows, and inventory levels to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance QA and USDA.
• Assist in the development of operational reports and performance metrics.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
• High School or equivalent preferred but not required.

• A minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer within the past year.
• Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role in a distribution/production/manufacturing environment preferred.
• When in a plant environment:
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.
  • Ability to stand for an extended period and perform repetitive tasks.
