As a Production Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing our production operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of production staff.

- 6:00am- 7:30pm Monday, Tuesday and Sunday

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily production or warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of productivity.
- Monitor production schedules, workflows, and inventory levels to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance QA and USDA.
- Assist in the development of operational reports and performance metrics.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
- High School or equivalent preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer within the past year.
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role in a distribution/production/manufacturing environment preferred.
- When in a plant environment:
- Ability to tolerate exposure to wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.
- Ability to stand for an extended period and perform repetitive tasks.
