The RN Nurse Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical leadership, oversight, and support to nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of resident care. This role serves as a liaison between floor staff, nurse managers, and leadership, ensuring consistent communication, timely interventions, and adherence to facility policies and regulatory standards. The RN Nurse Supervisor promotes resident safety, staff accountability, and effective care coordination through hands‑on leadership, supervision, and education.

• Current RN license in the state of Minnesota, in good standing.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a long‑term care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to urgent needs, and maintain professionalism under pressure.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and pivot with sudden demands of your attention.
• Resilience: ability to welcome constructive feedback, course correct and not take it personally.
• Personability; ability to get along with all personality types and inspire trust with residents, staff, family.
• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write in English.
• Comfort in operating in ambiguous situations and with diverse populations.
