About This Opportunity:

CareATC is looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care. The approach involves working with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through interventions, clinic support, and education. The Family Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with clinic staff to provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care.

The Family Nurse Practitioner will have experience providing primary care in a clinic setting at our Mt. Jackson Health Center. You will work independently with support from an on-staff LPN.

The clinic hours are:
Monday and Tuesday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, Wednesday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Thursday and Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. The EMR system used is Athena.

Qualifications:
  • Must see children ages 2+
  • Provide virtual care when needed and appropriate
  • Experience in primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting
  • Prescribe medications, treatments, and health regimens appropriately
  • DEA license required for prescribing and dispensing
  • Ability to pass on-site credentialing
  • Current license in the state(s) of practice
  • Compliance with medical laws and HIPAA standards
  • Strong desire to promote health, disease management, and prevention
