As a Nurse Manager in our Behavioral Health Nursing Department, you will lead daily operations, staff management, and quality care delivery.
Responsibilities- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Behavioral Health Nursing Department through effective utilization of self, shift House Supervisors, and Charge Nurses.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 2 years as a Nursing Manager, supervisor, or Clinical Team Lead in a Behavioral Health Unit.
