Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Available shifts:

7AM-3PM

3PM-11PM

11PM-7AM

Same Day Pay!

Base Pay:

Competitive rates based on experience up to $24.50

Full-time employees enjoy valuable benefits, including health insurance, paid vacation, sick time, personal days, and holidays.

Shift Differentials:

  • 3 PM–11 PM : Extra $1.50/hour

All shifts include working every other weekend.

No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays),
you’ll earn an additional $3.00/hour on top of your base pay.

Earn more by combining shift differentials with no benefits and proof of your own insurance.

Responsibilities

for CNAs:
  • Provide basic resident care under direction of nursing staff

  • Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving residents, and/or changing linens

  • Provide health and supportive services to ensure ll resident needs are met

Qualifications for CNAs:
  • A current, unencumbered active license to practice as a CNA in the state of Virginia

  • Valid BLS Certification (CPR)

  • Ability to work with multiple patients at once
