Bring your ICU expertise to a high-acuity Intermediate Care/Medical Critical Care Stepdown unit. This 14-week travel assignment offers 12-hour day/night rotations, a manageable 1:3 patient ratio, and the opportunity to care for complex respiratory, neurological, and chronic conditions.
Position Highlights- Profession: RN

- Assignment Length: 14 weeks
- Schedule:
12-hour day/night rotation - Guaranteed
Hours:
36 hours per week - Patient Ratio: 1:3
- Unit Size: 24 beds
- Weekend Requirement: 5 shifts every 6 weeks
- Holiday Requirement:
Every other holiday - On-Call:
None - Floating:
First to float - Charting:
Epic
- Active VA or Compact RN License
- 2+ years of ICU experience required
- Stepdown/IMC experience strongly preferred
- BLS through AHA requiredACLS required
- Strong critical care assessment and patient management skills
- Experience managing cardiac and other critical-care IV medications
- Comfortable caring for up to 3 stepdown patients
- Ability to float to other units as needed
