ETS holds contracts to clear vegetation along QLD’s electricity network, and we’re expanding our local team! We’re hiring passionate Tree Workers and Ground Crew to join our team in Narangba or Virginia. Reporting to the crew leader your day will consist of undertaking a variety of vegetation management duties such as:
- Trimming vegetation from both the ground and at heights (EWP operator)
- Picking up and chipping debris
- Performing herbicide treatments
- Competitive hourly rates with overtime and secure, full-time permanent roles
- Fortnightly Rostered Day Off (RDO)
- PPE, tools & equipment supplied
- Ongoing training and career growth
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for support

About You:You’re safety-focused, physically fit, and love working outdoors. A positive, team-player attitude is essential. You’re confident with machinery and ready to take on all tree crew tasks — chipper operation, ground clearing, and EWP work. Vegetation experience is a bonus, but training can be provided to the successful applicant.
Skills &Qualifications:
- White Card (Construction Safety)
- MR Truck Licence (or ability to obtain within first 6 months)
- Chainsaw and EWP licences
- Cert II ESI, Cert III Arboriculture, First Aid
- Chemcert
