BASIC OVERVIEW

An entry level team member is typically a non-experienced individual working on a team with 2-3 more experienced landscapers. He/She typically has little to no knowledge of the green industry, but desires to grow to a more skilled level. This position takes direction on a daily basis from the team leader, performing the necessary tasks they request.

We’re looking for a motivated, dependable team member to join our mowing, landscaping and/or hardscaping crew. This is an entry-level position
, perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning hands-on skills, and being part of a hardworking team. No prior experience is required—we’re happy to train the right person.

• Assist with landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, trimming, and clean-ups
• Support hardscaping projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor stipend features
• Load and unload materials and tools
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
• Show up to work on‑time and be dependable
• Listen to direction and instructions carefully and perform tasks as requested by team leader
• Perform work with passion and excellence
• Learn from each new task
• Follow company guidelines
• Follow safety procedures set forth at the company and by team leader

• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to the job site
• Landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required

• A high school degree or GED is required
• Valid Driver's License with insurable driving record
• Can pass a background check
