Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to join our team and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes within our data center operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in quality management, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to ensure that all projects and operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the reliability and performance of our data center infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards for data center operations.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and operations, to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of contractors and vendors to ensure adherence to quality expectations.
- Prepare and present detailed QA/QC reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements to continuously improve QA/QC processes.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality-related incidents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a QA/QC management role, preferably within the data center or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.
- Oversee daily QA/QC activities to ensure all processes and deliverables meet established quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve quality documentation, including test plans, inspection reports, and certifications.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
- Track and report on quality metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate regular meetings with internal teams and external partners to discuss quality objectives and progress.
