Quality Assurance Specialist - Argent Credit Union Make Every Detail CountDo you take pride in getting every detail right? Argent Credit Union is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to help ensure our member accounts and loan files are accurate, complete, and compliant.
What You'll Do- Reviewing reports, account and loan documents, and file maintenance changes
- Identifying policy exceptions and following up until each issue is resolved
- Managing safe deposit box billing and renewals
- Completing research and requests in our FIS and check systems
- Assisting with annual branch audits
Your attention to detail helps protect our members and the credit union while enabling our teams to get it right the first time.
