Our managers work alongside crew employees instead of from a distance, addressing guest complaints, maintaining product quality, and resolving problems promptly. This hands‑on leadership helps train and lead by example.

To operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, assisting to achieve sales growth through maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness with a constant focus on profitability.

• Interview and hire qualified staff in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to accommodate guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with management and crew; provide coaching, counseling, and discipline.
• Conduct crew and management meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain adequate inventory and control costs.
• Keep accurate records in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee building and equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
• Manage cash responsibilities and ensure adherence to cash procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safety, sanitation, and security policies.
• Represent Boddie‑Noell Enterprises professionally at all times.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
• Work with BNE to make reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Meet the physical demands of the role.
• Lead, recognize, and train talent.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Availability to work all shifts and weekends.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong conflict‑resolution skills.
• Consistent and reliable.
