Position KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER
Marriott Intl‑The Ritz‑Carlton Reynolds Lake Oconee
This role involves preparing food ingredients, cooking and assembling dishes, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, and managing inventory. Kitchen staff ensure all areas of the kitchen, food preparation, and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized. Responsibilities include washing dishes and cooking equipment, cleaning floors, sanitizing countertops and cutting boards, and maintaining all areas to health code standards.
Employees must follow strict hygiene and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety. Kitchen team members work in a fast environment and must be hardworking, proactive, and responsive.
